Concours Prep

We are very excited to announce that Concours Prep for the 2025 Porsche Parade will be indoors and air-conditioned with space for well over 100 cars. This will also be the location of the 2025 Parade Concours d'Elegance. Your car will be placed in the spot where it will also be judged. Once staged, your Porsche will not need to move until after the Concours d'Elegance awards presentations on Monday afternoon. We encourage all Concours participants to take advantage of this prep space irrespective of Group or Class entered.

Location:  Oklahoma City Fairgrounds - "The Pavilion" building (less than 10 minutes from the Omni)

Please see the map below. A shuttle service will be running on a schedule between the Omni Hotel and the OKC Fairgrounds on Friday through Monday.

Concours Prep Dates / Times:
Friday, July 4, 2025 - 10 am - 9 pm
Saturday, July 5, 2025 - 8 am - 8 pm
Sunday, July 6, 2025 - 8 am - 8 pm
Monday, July 7, 2025 - 5 am - 8 am*
*All cleaning materials should be removed by 8 am on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Additional Information:
Specific safety requirements will be provided in a future communication to all Concours participants. 

Fuel tanks are requested to be less than 1/4 full upon entering the builiding. 

Electricity will be available at specific locations throughout the building. Extension cords are recommended as part of your supplies.

The Car Wash site will be adjacent to "The Pavilion" building during Concours Prep hours.

Know your Parade Entrant number when arriving at Concours Prep.

No in and out privileges. Once your Porsche is staged, it will need to stay in place until the conclusion of the awards ceremony on Monday.
